FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please set your mailing address to be a physical address for delivery.

After your order has been placed and confirmed, your order begins to process and you cannot make any changes to your order online. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, contact Customer Service. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Click your tracking number and you will be able to see your order status. You can also download Shop, where you can see your order status.


It typically takes our fulfillment center 24 – 48 hours to pick, pack and ship your order. If you ordered multiple items, they may to arrive separately from either of our warehouses in CT and NV.

We use various delivery carriers utilizing standard shipping (DHL, FedEx SmartPost and U.S. Postal Service). Tracking will be automatically sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. You can check the status of your shipment by clicking on the tracking link. Please allow 10 – 15 business days for delivery. Thank you for your patience.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and valid shipping address. Insufficient or incorrect information regarding your shipping address (e.g. street address, city, state, zip or postal code, etc.) may cause your order to be returned.

Orders that are returned to us due to invalid addresses provided by the customer require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped.

Please visit our Returns and Exchanges page for details. If you would like a different item than you ordered, please return the original item and place a new order on our website. You will receive a credit for the returned product as noted above.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal payment. We do not accept checks or cash when receiving orders placed by phone or on our website.

We announce upcoming sales through our newsletter and on our Facebook page. We send our discount codes that last for limit times only.

Hurmoya.com will periodically offer special discounts and promotions to our loyal customers. To take advantage of these promotions simply enter the Coupon Code that accompanies the offer into your shopping cart or during checkout prior to payment. Some discounts will be shown immediately from your shopping cart and throughout the website and special discounts such as shipping promotions will be calculated during checkout prior to payment.


While this is very rare, we have received feedback from a small handful of customers developing reactions. Generally, the reactions were not directly related to the use of Hurmoya products. If you have had or are having discomfort from Hurmoya products, please contact us at contactus@Hurmoya.com with a picture and explanation of the situation.

At Hurmoya.com, our return policy is congruent with industry standards, with some products enjoying extended guarantees. Our custom-made Defiance brace comes with a limited lifetime warranty, while other rigid braces carry a one-year warranty. Defiance limited lifetime warranty covers only the latest brace revision. Our products have a limited warranty from the date of purchase (see table below) against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear during the usage of a product is not considered a defect. Pictures and/or return of the product for inspection can and will be requested for all Warranty claims before a replacement item will be issued.

Most Hurmoya products can be washed warm or cold, tumble dry low. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean. You can find "how to wash" instructions in every product description of our site.

Look at the sizing chart in our recovery wear product descriptions. Please check the size charts listed on our product descriptions for the correct sizing on your order.

You can wear our products for as long as you feel comfortable. All Hurmoya products can be slept in and can keep you feeling comfortable during the night. If any discomfort from wearing the product occurs, please remove it and get a good night sleep.
